The Daily Connect integration to the Minnesota Provider Hub makes it easier for you to share attendance data by utilizing the check-in data already entered through Daily Connect. This removes the need for manual entry of student attendance times and reduces the chances of data entry errors.
Required information
The following information is data that will be connected within the Provider Hub. First, you will need to ensure all of these fields are updated within Daily Connect prior to setting up your connection.
Provider Hub Required Fields
- You should enter the correct DHS License Number for each location.
- Each enrolled Child needs to have a First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth. It is recommended to set an Enrollment Start Date in the Child's schedule page.
- Each enrolled Child needs to be linked to at least one Parent.
- At least one Parent for each Child needs to have an Email. All Parents must have First Name and Last Name.
- Inactive, Graduated and Removed children will not appear in the integration with the Provider Hub.
Opt-in the integration
To Opt-in, log in with your administrator account at https://www.dailyconnect.com/login and go to Parent Billing > Settings > Integration.
On the State Dropdown, choose 'MN - Minnesota', then enter your DHS Provider License Number, email, and address. Check the consent option and click on 'Enroll'.
Once enrolled, your attendance data for all children will be automatically synchronized daily with the State of Minnesota Provider Hub.
Opt-out the integration
To opt out, go back to the same page under Parent Billing > Settings > Integration and click on the red Opt-Out button at the bottom right of the page.
