1. Navigate to https://www.dailyconnect.com/
2. Click on the settings
3. Click on the "Immunization Req." Tab
4. In this section, you will add the required immunizations
5. You can enter the schedule of when the immunizations are required
7. Enter as many schedules as needed
8. Click "Save"
Entering immunization for children
To enter an immunization, you can do it from the Immunization Report or from Room Management > Children Tab

11. Selec the child you want to enter the immunizations
12. Click "Immunizations"
13. When entering immunization for a child, it can be done immunization-by-immunization by clicking on the red/yellow box. by clicking on the 'add immunization' in the By Due Age page to enter easily all the immunizations done during the pediatrician visit.

Notifying the Parents
Notifying parents will send an email asking them to enter the date of the immunization for a specific age and the proof. Once the parent submits, it needs to be approved by an administrator (notify administrators from the Immunization Req. page) via the Immunization Report > To Review. Notification can be done parent by parent, or in bulk via Immunization Report > Past Due > Notify Parents > Submit.
16. Click "Notify Parents"
17. You can enter a note and send an email to request they send you a proof of the immunization
Parents will receive an email like this:
Once the parent submits the Immunization, you will receive a notification (Enable notifications from the Required Immunization Page)
You can approve them from the report under the "To Review" Section.
Reports
You can access the report from the top of the Immunizations Requirements Page.
A report is an easy way to view which children are past due for immunizations, which immunizations have been submitted by parents and needs to be reviewed or get documentation of all immunizations done for all children for licensing.
10. You can navigate between the different tabs
The color coding is as follows: yellow indicates an immunization due in the next 30 days, red indicates a past due, and green indicates compliance with the requirement.
