How to request parents to enroll in Autopay

Encouraging parents to enroll in Autopay is a surefire way to ensure that your invoices are always paid on time. 

You can view which parents are already enrolled in Autopay in the Parent Billing > Parents page. The Autopay column indicates which parent is already enrolled.

You can invite a parent to enroll by clicking on the ... button on the right side of the parent's row then choosing 'Request Autopay'. You can also invite all parents (that are not yet enrolled) by clicking on the 'Request Autopay' button at the top right of the page.

This will send an email to each parent. The email contains a link where parents can enter their payment information and enroll in Autopay. 

When a parent is enrolled in Autopay, invoices are automatically paid as soon as you send them, and parents receive an emailed receipt for these payments, saving everyone time and ensuring you always get paid.
